This dark, full-bodied stout has complex flavors of dark chocolate and coffee, as well as a smooth molasses like sweetness. Ingredients: Water, Millet, Rice, Buckwheat, Oats, Hops and Yeast.

I'm going to give this a thumbs up, and yet it's a little thin and slightly medicinal. It's still better than that Blackbird stout that I really wanted to like. I really like the idea of gluten-free beers.
